Chick-fil-A brand health dives 40 percent after anti-LGBT remarks | The Raw Story
A market research firm found that Chick-fil-A’s BrandIndex score fell 40% nationally since its CEO told the Baptist Press that his company funded groups that oppose marriage equality.
When the CEO's remarks were published on July 19, Chick-fil-A had a national score of 65, one of the highest in the industry. By July 25, its BrandIndex plummeted to 39.
