High court strikes down key parts of Arizona immigration law

Prior to Supreme Court ruling, Romney had said repeatedly he would drop lawsuits against Arizona and other states with similar legislation "on day one" of his presidency. But, the Obama Administration's challenges to key provisions of the Arizona law were successful, because the Court said that the state cannot take "federal" immigration enforcement actions.
